Terms and Conditions for Site Use and Purchasing Products, Services and Membership

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your general use of the Site and set out the contractual basis for purchases. These terms and conditions shall apply regardless of whether or not you register with the Site.

  1. CONTRACTING PARTIES

When you make a purchase of a product, service or membership, you will be contracting with Prime Candidate (Social Enterprise) Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 9518374 and having its registered office at The Hive, Beaufighter Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 8EE. Prime Candidate (Social Enterprise) Limited is referred to in these terms and conditions as “we”, “us” or “our”.

  1. MINORS

The service we offer on this Site is only available to persons aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you must get your parent or guardian to contract with us on your behalf. All minors should discuss these Terms and Conditions with their parent or guardian before attempting to purchase membership to the Site.

  1. PROVISION OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself and/or organisation when registering with and purchasing products, services and membership. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our security and data protection policy.

  1. PRICING

All products, services and memberships are priced individually and can be seen before confirming a purchase. All prices are created and display in pounds sterling. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

  1. PAYMENT

We use PAYPAL as our online payment processor, or you may choose to make payments directly, please follow the on-line instructions when making a purchase.

Payment will be processed immediately and delivery of your product, service and membership access shall constitute acceptance by us of your payment.

  1. TERMS AND REFUNDS

Payment is due upon your on-line confirmation of purchase. For job advertisements, there is no guarantee that a successful candidate will be found and there is no discounting or refund structure in place whether a successful candidate is found or not. There is also no discounting or refund structure if a successful candidate fails their probation and/or leaves your employment, for whatever reason. The ARM Service is an employment transition service but it does not guarantee a job opportunity at the end of the individual’s programme. The Champions Charter is a membership service with an annual fee due on the annual anniversary of the initial purchase, unless otherwise cancelled, in writing, by an approved authority within the members’ organisation. Any site advertising space purchased from us does not guarantee any business and/or connections from having the advertising displayed on our site. Furthermore, we do not endorse and/or recommend any organisation, products and/or services, and/or the content of the advertising provided by third parties.

  1. AVAILABILITY OF CONTENT

We reserve the right to add, withdraw or change any available content without notice.

  1. DISCLAIMER

The contents of the Site and the products, services and membership are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, either implied or expressed, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the Site or its contents will be free of defects, including without limitation viruses or other harmful elements. Except as set out in these terms and conditions we do not accept any liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of this Site or in relation to the goods and/or services that we provide.

We have taken every care in the preparation of this site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that you will have uninterrupted access to the site at all times.

We may provide links to other websites from time to time. These links are provided for your convenience. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time and any such amendment will be applicable to all persons accessing the Site and all orders placed on the Site once the revised terms have been posted on the Site. If any of these terms are found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the other terms will remain unaffected.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
