International Age Diversity is the core of everything we do.

International Age Diversity adds value not only to the development of businesses but also the overall progress of the world and us as a community.

For something that shapes so many views and highlights the efforts of all individuals, we had to provide it its own identity and recognition by naming a day to celebrate it.

Well, we did exactly that, and year on year we see more and more engagement from organisations and individuals alike.

International Age Diversity Day is also known as IADD and for this year, we’re adapting it to include the plus sign. I+ADD..and this is the theme for I+ADD25!

By adding (did you see what we did there! ) the plus sign, helps us recognise that we all have the potential to bring something positive to our workplace environment.

So we want to hear from you, how you… “ I+ADD new solutions” or “ I+ADD more experience”…we can all add value in the workplace, whatever our age.
