International Age Diversity Day 2026 invites organisations around the world to set the benchmark for age inclusion by:

• recognising the value of age-diverse teams

• measuring progress through benchmarking

• taking practical steps to improve inclusion across all age groups.

By participating, organisations can help create workplaces where people of all ages can contribute, develop, and thrive.

Join the Global Movement

Every year, organisations across industries and countries participate in International Age Diversity Day.

Participation is simple. Organisations can:

• share their commitment to age inclusion

• host conversations or learning sessions

• demonstrate the Benchmark Gesture

• highlight actions they are taking to improve age inclusion.

Together, these actions help raise awareness and drive meaningful change.

Join the campaign by sharing the Benchmark Gesture.

Participants hold one hand horizontally to represent the benchmark, and raise the other hand slightly above it to symbolise progress towards age inclusion.
