A focus towards age diversity in the work-place has a myriad of positive impacts, with arguably, the most important, being the sometimes intangible asset of well-being.

But in some ways, it can be possible to measure such a dynamic outlook: with positive employee feedback; with reduced absences; and development plans that result in higher skilled and qualified staff.

The combination of such activities and outcomes can improve innovation, productivity and performance, where the median expectation is to thrive!
