#IADD24 is 24^th September!

IADD – ‘International Age Diversity Day’ is a global day celebrating all generations in the workplace.

Following collaboration and discussion, we have re-named our inaugural ‘Champion Age Diversity Day’ to International Age Diversity Day and we have moved to a new date in the dairy. As it now enters its 6^th year, it remains the best opportunity to showcase your commitment to inclusion through the age lens.

The day also marks a call to action to not overlook age, as part of the D&I agenda or business performance strategies. A work environment of equal opportunities is an enabled workforce, how will you help forge a multi-generational world?

The day is to celebrate all age group achievement, raise awareness of barriers and bias, but to also recognise good practice.

At the ADF, we will have a range of resources to utilise for IADD24. We also have a number of events planned so please get involved and put yourself and or organisation forward…perhaps your organisation would sponsor…to demonstrate its commitment to inclusion through the age lens…we’d also love to hear from you if you would like to participate on a panel or as a keynote speaker.
